Custom Pet Portrait Photo Guidelines

Ensure the photo shows the full head and ears, without cropping or covering of any features.

Take the photo at eye level in natural light, avoiding direct sunlight and shadows.

Check the photo is sharp and not blurry. Any blur in the photo cannot be fixed or enhanced.

The photo shouldn’t be taken from too far away with a lot of the background included.
