Ensure the photo shows the full head and ears, without cropping or covering of any features.
Take the photo at eye level in natural light, avoiding direct sunlight and shadows.
Check the photo is sharp and not blurry. Any blur in the photo cannot be fixed or enhanced.
The photo shouldn’t be taken from too far away with a lot of the background included.
Don’t worry if you are unsure about your photo as our design team will check it for you after you have submitted your photo at checkout. If there is any issue our design team will promptly let you know by email and assist you to choose a more suitable photo.
